All prices on Trenzio Store are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include local taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices can change depending on stock and market conditions, but this won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payments. You agree to give us accurate and up-to-date information (like your correct phone number and address) so we can process your orders smoothly.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Just because you placed an order doesn't mean we have accepted it yet. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons like stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. 6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver all across Pakistan. When you place an order, the delivery times and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

We always try our best to deliver your items on time, but sometimes things out of our control—like bad weather, courier delays, or public holidays—might slow things down. Once we hand the package over to the courier service, they take over the responsibility for its transit.

To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your watch, wallet, or accessory must be completely unused, with all original tags, protective plastic films, and packaging intact, just the way you received it.
