Please review our shipping details and guidelines below to understand how we handle deliveries within Pakistan.


1. Delivery Coverage & Destinations

We deliver all across Pakistan. Whether you are in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, or any other city or town, our courier partners will bring your package right to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden fees:

  • Standard Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
  • Promotional Free Shipping: From time to time, we offer free shipping campaigns. Keep an eye on our website banner for active free delivery offers!

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We work efficiently to get your items on their way:

  • Order Processing: Orders are usually processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, packages generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days for major cities, and up to 7 business days for remote areas.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Sundays or national public holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Verification

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. To ensure smooth delivery and avoid fake orders, our team might give you a quick call or send a WhatsApp message to verify your order before shipping it out. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, your order may be automatically canceled.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to check exactly where your package is and when it will arrive.

6. Delivery Delays

While we and our couriers always try our best to meet our deadlines, occasional delays can happen due to reasons beyond our control. This includes extreme weather conditions, road blockages, high-volume shopping seasons (like Eid or Black Friday), or sudden courier operational challenges. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack all our products with care in premium packaging to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, torn, or opened by the courier, please take a photo or video right away and contact us immediately. We will look into it and make things right for you.

8. Unclaimed Deliveries

Our courier partners will usually try to deliver your package up to 2 or 3 times. If you are unavailable or do not answer their calls, the package will be returned to us. If a customer repeatedly rejects or fails to receive COD orders without a valid reason, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for their future orders.
